At 22 years old, on September 2, 2006, Jon Lester's team, the Boston Red Sox had to announce that he had a rare form of non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Yesterday, Jon Lester threw a no-hitter. Today, he took a congratulatory call live on ESPN from testicular cancer survivor Lance Armstrong. What does tomorrow hold? We all hope it includes cures for the hundreds of types of cancers.
